How much is it going to cost me?

Our current price structure is as follows:

  • 0 to $49,900 = A flat fee of $49 dollars.
  • $50,001 to $149,999 = A flat fee of $99 dollars.
  • $150,000 to $249,999 = A flat fee of $149 dollars.
  • $250,000 to $349,999 = A flat fee of $199 dollars.
  • $350,000 to $499,999 = A flat fee of $249 dollars.
  • $500,000 and up 25% of tax savings with a minimum $300 dollars.
  • Commercial price is 25% of tax savings.

There will be no charge if there is no value reduction.

Save Tax Dollars (STD) Property Tax Consultants

SERVICE AGREEMENT Save Tax Dollars Property Tax Consultants (STDPTC) agrees to represent property owner (“Client”) and Client’s designated properties for all matters relating to the reduction of the Client’s real and /or business personal property taxes on the above listed property (“Property”). STDPTC shall be entitled to take any action authorized by this agreement to determine if the (“Client”) is receiving fair and equitable property tax assessments on the above listed property.

The property owner hereby engages STDPTC to provide a property tax reduction service for a flat fee of $49 for assessed values 0 to $49,900, a flat fee of $99 for assessed values between $50,001 to $149,999, a flat fee of $149 for assessed values between $150,000 to $249,999, a flat fee of $199 for assessed values between $250,000 to $349,999, a flat fee of $249 for assessed values between $350,000 to $499,999, a fee of 25% of client’s tax savings for assessed values $500,000 and up, with a minimum of $300.00. There will be no charge if there is no reduction. Commercial price at 25% of tax savings.

Property tax savings is defined as a decrease of the tax liability on the Property, resulting from the efforts of STDPTC or their agents. The fees are due as soon as STDPTC obtain written evidence from the Central Appraisal District(s) of a reduction in value.

Payment of invoices is due upon receipt within 30 days. After 30 days a past due amount bearing interest of 1.5% per month, not to exceed the highest rate allowed by law, and cost of collection fees. STDPTC may withdraw from this agreement without notice if its fees become delinquent, or requested information is not provided in a timely manner.

The settlement procedure and amount of settlement are the sole discretion of STDPTC. Savings are calculated on the most recent tax rates. STDPTC has not and does not make any guaranty, representation, or warranty as to the appeal results. Signatory of this agreement personally guarantees payment for services. The purpose of this agreement is not to appraise your property but to reduce your tax liability.

If the Client was referred to STDPTC and the Client states that the Client was referred and by whom, a referral fee of 15% of the STDPTC total fee collections for Client’s account for the first year of this agreement will be applied to the services of the person who referred the Client.
